Studies
on the emergence and development of civil society understood
in a broad sense:
Theoretical and historical
studies on the emergence, development and varieties of
a civil society broadly understood in the tradition of the Scottish
philosophers and classical liberalism, that is, as the institutional framework of
an order of freedom including the rule of law,
limited government and a public sphere, a
market economy and a network of voluntary associations
